Goods

The goods shown on the Outdoor Attitude website are available in store and online. Goods ordered online are drawn from store stock and in the event the item is not available at the time of online ordering we shall endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible directly from our suppliers. As per our privacy policy it would be necessary to provide a delivery address to our supplier for your order but your delivery information shall not be used beyond this requirement. Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Freight charges will be applied upon your final check out summary. All prices shall include GST for those customers purchasing within New Zealand. If you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand the prices do not include any sales tax applicable for the final destination ex New Zealand. The customer is responsible for payment of any sales tax applying in the country in which they are residing, in addition to the purchase price and any additional overseas freight charges.

Delivery

All reasonable efforts will be made to dispatch in-stock items within two working days from receipt of order. For out of stock items, customers will be informed of any delays and alternative means of delivery to you e.g. directly from our supplier, if this is deemed a more efficient means of fulfilling your order. Goods will be dispatched by a traceable means and must be signed for to complete the delivery.

Refunds and returns

In the event of dissatisfaction with the product supplied, the goods must be returned in full and in their original condition within 60 days whereby a full refund will then be transacted. Goods that are defective can be returned for a full refund or replacement.

All refunds will be made back to the original credit card or account that was used for the initial transaction. If however payment was by cheque, then the refund will be posted to you by cheque promptly.
