Terms and Conditions
All reasonable efforts will be made to dispatch in-stock items within two working days from receipt of order. For out of stock items, customers will be informed of any delays and alternative means of delivery to you e.g. directly from our supplier, if this is deemed a more efficient means of fulfilling your order. Goods will be dispatched by a traceable means and must be signed for to complete the delivery.
Refunds and Returns
In the event of dissatisfaction with the product supplied, the goods must be returned in full and in their original condition within 60 days whereby a full refund will then be transacted. Goods that are defective can be returned for a full refund or replacement.
All refunds will be made back to the original credit card or account that was used for the initial transaction. If however payment was by cheque, then the refund will be posted to you by cheque promptly.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway using secure encryption.
